Simple but not simplistic

A lot of time as an architect you are faced with the challenge of presenting your solutions in a simpler form so that these can be understood by different stakeholders.

There is an important distinction that I have learned over the years that a solution while presenting must be simple so that the concepts can be easily retained for day-to-day reference and usefulness is not lost. If simplistic though, then you risk missing something crucial.

So, keep it simple but not simplistic.
