Thinking Space

I stumbled upon this quote from renowned painter Michelangelo (well he was much more than just a painter, he was a sculptor, painter, architect and poet).

He said, “If people knew how hard I had to work to gain my mastery, it would not seem so wonderful at all.”

So many times we relate the success or mastery with some innate talent, undermining the hard work behind it.
