The quote truly resonated me. As a leader you are expected to deal with the chaos but putting your maximum efforts to create the order from disorder is what makes you a true leader.

This is specially true in today’s fast changing business world where business is outpacing the defined variables and processes so chaos is right there.

So as a leader expect to rein in chaos.

As Mario Andretti world champion racing driver once said “If everything seems under control, you’re just not going fast enough.“

So don’t assume the control but drive through the chaos.
